The following are land lease communities. Monthly rental fees include road maintenance and trash removal as well as convenient boat or RV storage. Qualified homeowners that apply for the NYS STAR program will qualify for reduction of property taxes applicable to their home only. All homeowners must be pre approved by management for residency.
